E-Poster Submission Demo

This demo presents the key steps and main options available for submitting e-posters in Eventact.

The E-Poster submission process in Eventact is designed to be fast, secure, and presenter-friendly.

Organizers can define file requirements, set permissions, and manage all submitted materials directly within the Eventact platform. Presenters follow a simple step-by-step process to upload their work correctly and ensure it’s ready for display during the event.

Step 1 - Login
STEP 1

Access Eventact

Each reviewer receives a secure magic link to access their personal review portal, where they see only the abstracts assigned to them. Reviewers can view, edit, and track reviews they’ve completed. Abstract assignment can be done:

  1. Open the link you received by email from the event organizers.
  2. Log in to the Eventact platform using your personal details.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it.
Step 2 - Choose an abstract
STEP 2

Select Your Abstract

Once logged in to Eventact, you’ll see a list of abstracts you’ve submitted.

  • Only abstracts marked as "Poster" or "E-Poster" will be shown.
  • Click the abstract you want to upload your E-Poster for.

This will open the submission page for that abstract.

Step 3 - Topics and Type

Upload Your Files

  • Click "Upload E-Poster" in Eventact.
  • Follow the prompts to upload the image files you prepared earlier (JPEG, JPG, or PNG format). The number of pages in your poster is flexible. Every page should have an aspect ratio of 9x16 (or 1080x1920).
  • You can also upload a PDF version if available.
Step 4 - Authors and Institutions
STEP 4

Review and Submit

Before clicking "Submit", double-check:

  • All files are uploaded correctly.
  • You’ve selected the right abstract.

After submission, your E-Poster will be securely stored in Eventact and accessible to organizers for review and display.
